1. ALL merchandise returned for credit must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. ALL returns must have prior authorization.

3. We do NOT credit returns of any “unsold” merchandise.

4. Credit will NOT be issued for any returned merchandise that has been used as store samples or “try-ons,” especially if it contains any make-up or lipstick stain.

5. Under no circumstances will credit be issued for any merchandise returned after it has been worn or washed, labels have been cut, shoulder pads have been removed or it has altered in any way. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE.

6. We will, however, gladly credit any damaged merchandise sent to you in error by our quality control department.

7. There is a 15% restocking fee for ALL returned merchandise.

8. There is a $25.00 fee for each and every bounced check and a 1.5% monthly finance charge for ALL past due invoices. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE.

9. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on ALL CLOSE-OUT merchandise. NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS.
