How do I place an order?
To place an order, you may call our toll free line at (888) 960-1662 or fax your order in to (626) 960-2362.

What is your minimum for initital orders and re-orders?
The minimum for initial orders is $500 of assorted merchandise and $300 for re-orders.

What is your return policy?

How long does it take for my order to ship from the time I place the order?
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order. However, we do experience a backlog immediately after the WWD Magic show, during which orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and C.O.D. Money Order/Cashier's Check

How is the merchandise shipped?
We ship our merchandise through UPS.

Does your company drop-ship?
We ship our merchandise through UPS.

What are the care instructions for your garments?
SLINKY/ACETATE
Slinky/Acetate fabrics are all easy care, wrinkle free fabrics. Simply hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle with cold water and hang dry. Do NOT bleach or wash after a laundry cycle that has previously used bleach. To preserve the vibrancy of its color, do NOT machine dry. To avoid discoloration, please use spray anti-persperant. Do NOT use roll-on.

30% SILK/70% VELVET
1. All silk velvet WITH FRINGE: For best results, dry clean only.
2. All silk velvet WITHOUT FRINGE : machine wash cold on gentle cycle and hang dry

Do you offer any alteration services or accept custom orders?
We do not offer any alteration services. However, we do accept custom orders with a minimum of 100 pieces per style.

Is your merchandise pre-packaged?
No, our merchandise is NOT pre-package. You can assort your own selection of sizes, styles and colors.

Is your company factored?
No, currently our company is not factored.
